1. Acceptance of Terms

PluginPulse is an analytics platform designed for plugins in the Bubble.io ecosystem. It provides tracking and reporting capabilities for plugin usage, earnings, and other related metrics to help developers optimize and grow their plugins.

3. Use of Service
When you purchase a package from PluginPulse, you are granted access to a code snippet generated by PluginPulse.
Ownership of the snippet and the code it includes remains with PluginPulse.
PluginPulse reserves the right to modify the code called by the snippet at any time without prior notice.

4. Ownership and Licensing
All code, software, and intellectual property provided as part of the Service remain the property of PluginPulse.
Subscription packages grant you access to the Service for the duration of your active subscription. Upon termination or expiration of the subscription, access to the Service will cease.

5. User Data
PluginPulse collects personal data, including your name, email, and payment information, to provide and improve the Service.

6. Plugin and Transaction Data
Use of our tracking functionality requires submission of plugin-specific data, such as plugin ID and name.
If you upload transaction data, PluginPulse collects details including plugin ID, transaction amount, payment date, and payment type.
All data is anonymized and encrypted. PluginPulse processes only aggregated insights for your plugins and does not access individual user or financial details.

7. End User Application Data
The tracking functionality captures the end user’s application ID, double hashed using SHA-256 to ensure anonymity.
This data is essential for the functionality of our Service and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Non-Personal Data Collection
PluginPulse uses cookies to improve your experience on the Website. By using our Service, you consent to the use of cookies as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Security and GDPR Compliance
PluginPulse complies with GDPR regulations, ensuring all collected data is encrypted and securely stored.
Data processing is conducted exclusively on servers located in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).

Upon termination, any licenses granted under these Terms will immediately cease.

13. Limitation of Liability
PluginPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.
PluginPulse’s total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 6 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PluginPulse harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Refund Policy
Refunds are available for unused subscription if requested within 14 days of purchase. After this period, refunds will not be issued, except as required by applicable law.

16. Service Availability and Uptime
PluginPulse strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for its Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally cause temporary interruptions.

17. User Responsibilities
Users must use PluginPulse in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Misuse of the Service, including attempts to manipulate data or violate intellectual property rights, is strictly prohibited.

18. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Germany.

19. Force Majeure
PluginPulse is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

20. Age Requirement
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above. By using PluginPulse, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

21. Third-Party Integrations
PluginPulse is not responsible for issues arising from third-party integrations. Users must comply with the terms of service of third-party providers, including Bubble.io.
